4. Purchases and Payments

All prices are stated in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. By making a purchase, you warrant that:

• You have the legal authority to use the payment method
• The payment information provided is true and accurate
• You agree to pay the total amount including applicable taxes

5. Shipping and Deliveries

Our physical product shipments are strictly limited to Mexico City (Ciudad de México / CDMX). Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the specific area. Free shipping applies to orders over $50 USD within CDMX. OffyStudio is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or situations beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for physical products. Digital courses and SaaS software (Suite) are non-refundable once the content has been accessed or credits have been consumed. To request a return, contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the request.

7. Intellectual Property

All OffyStudio content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

OffyStudio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability will be limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the site. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
